We are looking for a dynamic, highly versatile Chief of Staff to support a Founder / serial entrepreneur in developing and scaling a group of new business ventures in the area of food, hospitality, and Asian products across Europe. This role combines the classic strategic partnership of a Chief of Staff, with the ability to operate across finance, legal, HR, operations and cross‑functional execution. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor, an operational integrator, and a hands‑on problem‑solver who ensures that priorities move forward, decisions are well‑informed, the organisation runs smoothly. You will facilitate the interactions between the Founder and the teams in the different business ventures. You will coordinate strategic initiatives, streamline operations, prepare analyses and briefings, manage negotiations with key customers & suppliers, and build systems that support growth across multiple entities. We value someone who is fluent in English and French, intellectually agile, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. Strong negotiation skills, high integrity, and the ability to anticipate needs are essential. The ability to speak Portuguese would be an additional plus. This is a high‑exposure role working side‑by‑side with the Founder, ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑moving and entrepreneurial environments and enjoys switching between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
