Join Reel as Chief of Staff to accelerate the renewable energy transition. Your mission will be to drive company-wide execution, sharpen alignment across functions, and ensure that strategic priorities translate into measurable progress. In close collaboration with the leadership team, you will set the strategic direction, while working across the entire organization and stepping in wherever high-leverage support is needed.
Job Responsibility:
Company execution and operating cadence: Develop, own and maintain a goal-setting framework end-to-end
Run Reel’s operating rhythm across quarterly planning, leadership meetings, and cross-functional reviews
Cross-functional alignment: Act as the connective tissue across all functions
Facilitate and structure All-hands, Offsites and Strategy days
CEO enablement & strategic support: Prepare and shape materials for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic discussions
Conduct analytical deep-dives
Manage and protect CEO priorities
Building the company: Support organizational design and hiring plans
Implement effective internal processes
Championing the Reel culture and way of working
Requirements:
Proven experience: 4+ years in fast-paced environments such as strategy, operations, consulting, startups, or similar roles
High-agency: You move fast, unblock problems, and drive progress without being asked
Thriving in ambiguity: Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives under ambitious timelines with limited information or guidance
Strategic + hands-on: Able to shift seamlessly between high-level thinking and deep operational execution
Sharp communication: Clear and concise communicator, written and verbal
Collaboration: High social intelligence and empathy, able to work effectively with a wide range of personalities and functions
