Job Description

We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-focused Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted partner and operational right hand to the CEO. This role is responsible for driving key initiatives, ensuring organizational alignment, and managing high-priority projects that support the company’s strategic objectives. The Chief of Staff will operate at a high level across departments to improve communication, streamline processes, and ensure accountability on critical initiatives. This is a business operations and project management role designed to increase organizational effectiveness and allow the CEO to remain focused on strategy, growth, and leadership.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a strategic partner and operational right hand to the CEO
  • Lead and manage high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Translate executive priorities into actionable plans, timelines, and accountability
  • Monitor progress on key initiatives and proactively address risks or delays
  • Coordinate communication and alignment across leadership and departments
  • Prepare materials and support execution for executive and leadership meetings
  • Drive follow-through on decisions and ensure organizational accountability
  • Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency and scalability
  • Track and report on key projects, priorities, and business performance indicators

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in operations, project management, business operations, consulting, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and drive initiatives to completion
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with senior leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing priorities and maintain focus on high-impact outcomes
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information
  • Experience improving processes, tracking performance metrics, and driving operational efficiency
  • Proficiency with business and project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management platforms, reporting tools)
  • Ability to operate independently, anticipate needs, and take ownership of outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
