  • Prepare high-impact reports and presentations for the C-Level and investors and bridge the gap between tech-heavy internal teams and our business partners. You translate digital solutions into tangible value
  • Lead and coordinate strategic and operational projects with cross-functional and international impact. Drive initiatives from concept to delivery and ensure measurable outcomes
  • Master our internal data landscape to track KPIs, follow up on action items, and ensure that departmental goals are met on time
  • Provide direct support to C-Level and VPs in day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and administrative tasks including project preparation, documentation, and coordination

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a focus on Tech, Product, or Business
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, or a demanding project management environment
  • Highly structured and data-driven, with the ability to turn raw information into actionable strategies
  • Natural ability to build trust across different departments, from software engineers to operational teams
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a proactive "get things done" mindset, and can make high-quality decisions under pressure
  • Power user of Google Sheets/Slides (and other analytics tools)
  • Excellent command of both German and English
  • Genuinely motivated by the mission of accelerating the global energy transition

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in the Energy Sector
  • Experience with programming or advanced data analytics tools (SQL, Python, or BI tools)
What we offer:
  • You are part of an international, dynamic, and highly motivated team of people who have proven to make things happen
  • With your work, you accelerate the "energy transition" and hence have a direct impact on our climate
  • Work with and learn from other super-smart colleagues
  • You will enjoy direct contact with core decision-makers
  • You will enjoy the best chances of entering full-time in one of Europe’s most thriving scaleups
  • You work remotely (Germany-wide), with offices in Hamburg, Berlin or Munich
  • Create a healthy balance alongside your work and enjoy all the benefits of the EGYM Wellpass
  • Whether city bike or e-bike - be flexible with our job bike leasing and do something good for the environment at the same time
