The Chief of Staff to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) is a high-impact role at a critical stage of the company’s growth. This role acts as a force multiplier for the CSO, driving execution across the company’s highest-priority strategic initiatives, and ensuring focus, momentum, and alignment as we scale. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, planning, new verticals development, and business development & partnerships, while working cross-functionally with executive leadership, product, operations, finance, and external partners. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks strategically, executes relentlessly, and wants a front row seat to company-level decision making.
Job Responsibility:
Partner closely with the CSO to define, prioritize, and drive the company’s strategic roadmap
Translate high-level strategy into clear plans, goals, and execution frameworks
Lead strategic planning processes, including annual planning, quarterly priorities, and executive reviews
Track progress against strategic initiatives and proactively surface risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations
Support the evaluation, launch, and scaling of new product lines or market verticals
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to inform go-to-market decisions
Serve as a point person to ensure alignment between strategy, product, and go-to-market teams
Prepare high-quality materials for executive meetings, board discussions, and external stakeholders
Step in as an owner and operator on critical initiatives as needed

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or a strategic role within a high-growth startup
Strong analytical skills, including experience with financial modeling and data-driven decision-making
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution
Proven success driving operational excellence—building systems for planning, accountability, and performance management
Exceptional communication and influence skills
comfortable working across executive and functional teams
High ownership and bias for action: proactive, resourceful, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves
Thrives in ambiguity, loves solving hard problems, and brings energy and clarity to complexity
Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
