Job Description:

Chief of Staff to the CISO that will perform Chief of Staff responsibilities including executive communications and driving enterprise-wide initiatives within the cybersecurity space at Wells Fargo

Job Responsibility:

Serve as top subject matter professional to lead complex, innovative, high risk initiatives with companywide cross technology impact
Lead strategy and resolution of most complex challenges across multiple lines of business
Define, plan, develop, and implement major information technology strategies with broad cross technology impact
Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding technology matters
Lead technology team to provide support and drive strategic initiatives
Serve as experienced advisor to more experienced leadership
Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions
Support Cybersecurity executive routines
Escalate material matters to management
Lead and support special ad hoc projects

Requirements:

10+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience in a Chief of Staff role or similar function
Executive presence and comfort communicating at executive level
Excellent experience with executive communications at operation committee level
Ability to lead and drive enterprise-wide initiatives with enterprise impact
Cybersecurity experience
Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats with senior executive-level leaders
Ability to effectively partner and influence at executive level
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
Strong analytical skills and Excel skills
Prior product management and/or cybersecurity background including application and/or cloud security
Experience navigating through ambiguity
Strong time management skills including ability to handle multiple deliverables concurrently
Excellent interpersonal skills including conflict resolution
Ability to influence across all organizational levels
Experience with MS Office tools suite
