The Chief of Staff to the Chief Commercial Officer plays a critical role in structuring, driving, and coordinating the global commercial strategy across all regions and functions. Acting as a strategic partner to the CCO, this role ensures alignment, governance, and execution excellence across key areas, including Retail, Architecture & Store Experience, Omnichannel (PCRM, E-Commerce, Retail Excellence), High-End Client development, and regional leadership. The Chief of Staff operates at the heart of the commercial organization, orchestrating cross-functional initiatives, driving performance cadence, and supporting decision-making through high-quality analysis and strategic narratives. The role is also a strong bridge with Kering Group, working on reporting and preparation of strategic meetings with the Group.

Requirements
