We are looking for an experienced and proactive Chief of Staff to support the CEO of a fast-paced, results-driven legal organization in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker capable of managing diverse responsibilities and ensuring seamless communication across the executive team. Job Responsibility:
Manage the CEO’s podcast by booking guests, conducting research, and preparing show materials
Coordinate speaking engagements, including scheduling and overseeing all related travel arrangements
Provide daily briefings to the CEO, detailing calendar updates, project progress, executive communications, and upcoming events
Collaborate with the C-suite to align on organizational priorities and ensure smooth execution of initiatives
Represent the CEO in meetings when necessary, ensuring decisions align with organizational goals
Support the CEO in executing projects that drive business growth and operational excellence
Oversee external event planning and maintain a comprehensive 30-day calendar review
Foster a culture of accountability and integrity while embodying the organization's core values
Facilitate clear and effective communication across executive and departmental teams
Ensure high-quality deliverables and timely completion of strategic initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, legal affairs, or a related field
Strong knowledge of legal correspondence, entities, and industry practices
Proven ability to manage projects efficiently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a commitment to fostering collaboration
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in coordinating travel, events, and executive schedules is highly desirable
Ability to uphold and promote organizational values, including integrity and accountability
