As Chief of Staff, Tech Team, you will work side by side with our cofounder and CTO to drive the engineering organization’s most critical initiatives forward. You will operate as a strategic partner and execution powerhouse, ensuring our technical vision turns into high-velocity reality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with the CTO to define and drive the technical roadmap, operational priorities, and team rituals
  • Lead special projects across engineering, infrastructure, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Build and manage systems for clear planning, communication, and execution within the technology organization
  • Act as a force multiplier by framing decisions, unblocking progress, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Serve as an internal hub between engineering, product, design, and external stakeholders

Requirements:
