Job Description
The Chief of Staff (CoS) for Wealth is primarily responsible for assisting the Head of Wealth in managing his daily, weekly, and monthly agenda, including the schedule of meetings, workload deliverables, helping prioritize meetings, scheduling events, obtaining pre-meeting information from clients, stakeholders, direct reports, external parties, and all individuals or groups requesting meetings with the Head of Wealth. The Chief of Staff has a 'forward-looking' responsibility to help pre-plan work activities in advance of specific meetings or events to ensure the Head of Wealth is prepared for these sessions.
Job Responsibility
Business Head Agenda: Serve as primary scheduler and point of contact for the Head of Wealth in partnering and setting daily ,weekly, and monthly priorities for the Head of Wealth's schedule
Executive Meeting & Event Management: Oversee and schedule all critical executive meetings and events for the Head of Wealth, including Chief of Staff Team Meetings, EMT Earnings Preparations, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Quarterly Offsites, SLT meetings, and Strategic meetings
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: Manage and approve all internal and external communications for the global Wealth organization
Operational Excellence & Support: Ensure seamless execution and operational excellence within the Chief of Staff function
Talent Management & Development: Support and coordinate talent engagement initiatives
Risk Management & Ethical Conduct: Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions
Maintains Discretion and Confidentiality: Manage confidential client and business information in an appropriate manner
Requirements
10 years of experience in financial services including technology capabilities
Experience in people management
Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures
Proven agility to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, environment where priorities may change
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred
