Job Description

The PREP Program is a two-year program focused on building the pipeline of next-generation leaders and provides opportunities for development of leadership skills, business acumen, and future career advancement. The program includes four six-month rotations, three within the Chief of Staff Office and Optimization & Insights organizations, and one with another organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree from a four-year University
  • Typically 0-2 years of experience with leadership, project management or data analysis
  • Excellent capabilities in leadership, influencing, communication, and collaboration

  • Data analysis and processing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
