  • Lead complex, cross‑geo, cross‑functional initiatives spanning services delivery transformation, partner readiness, and go‑to‑market execution
  • Translate strategy into structured execution plans with clear milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics
  • Ensure alignment between Worldwide strategy and regional execution
  • Own business performance management across revenue, margin, utilization, attach, partner contribution, and services health
  • Produce executive‑grade insights and narratives (not just reporting) for leadership consumption
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities early and drive corrective actions
  • Coordinate across Global SI and CSP partners, regional leaders, and central teams to ensure readiness and execution
  • Support the global partner strategy with structured governance, clarity of roles, and accountability
  • Enable scalable, repeatable partner operating models across regions
  • Influence senior stakeholders across Sales (ATU/STU), Delivery, Engineering, Product, Finance, GPS, and external partners
  • Resolve friction, drive decisions, and maintain momentum across competing priorities
  • Lead through influence without authority in a matrixed environment
  • Craft clear, consistent narratives for leadership, field teams, and partners
  • Ensure alignment and clarity of messaging across geographies and functions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Business Program Management, Chief of Staff, or Strategy & Operations roles at enterprise scale
  • Demonstrated success operating at global / worldwide scope
  • Experience working across Sales, Delivery, Engineering, Finance, and Partner organizations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive audiences
  • Healthcare and Life Sciences experience

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft operating models, cadence of business, and enterprise‑scale execution
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations with competing priorities and high executive visibility
  • Track record of translating strategy into executable plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and outcomes
  • Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority across Sales, Delivery, Engineering, Finance, and Partner teams
  • Strong background in data‑driven performance management, including revenue, utilization, delivery health, and partner contribution metrics
  • Proven success working across global partner ecosystems (SIs, CSPs), including governance, readiness, and execution models
  • Experience driving worldwide operating rhythms, executive reviews, and leadership decision forums
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Professional Services, Partner Success, or Services Delivery organizations
  • Healthcare or Life Sciences domain experience, including familiarity with regulated environments, clinical stakeholders, and healthcare delivery models
