Job Description

As Chief of Staff in the Cores Post-Silicon Validation team you will help to drive and evolve the processes that the business runs upon. Your objective is to enable the business processes to execute at a standard befitting the world-class products and solutions that our teams create. You will work closely with the leadership team and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders throughout the company to help the Cores Validation business meet its strategic objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and improve business processes for the Cores Post-Silicon Validation using state-of-the art AI tools
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure team preparation for important deadlines, program milestones, pre-reads, and executive meetings
  • Moderate process forums, capture minutes and actions, and follow up with action item owners to ensure closed-loop accountability
  • Data Champion: foster a data-driven culture through trusted data sources, analytics, insights, and AI-based recommendations to support business decisions
  • Data Analysis & Modeling: Analyze large datasets using advanced tools to develop predictive AI models
  • Process Automation: Implement AI and automation solutions to streamline recurring Post-Silicon Validation tasks and improve reporting efficiency
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other departments to integrate AI solutions into business operations
  • Strategic Insights: Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership and contribute to strategic financial decision-making
  • Risk Management: Use AI and data to support investment decisions and enhance risk management processes

Requirements

  • Extensive program management experience in Post-Silicon Validation
  • Adaptable communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly and at a level appropriate for both senior executives and individual contributors / stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute operational and business processes and metrics, and initiative to identify and drive improvements to process and visibility as needed
  • Experience with cross-organization project work and with building relationships to enable influence without authority
  • Strong organizational skills for record keeping
  • Experience in proactively establishing expectations and ownership for deliverables, as well as holding owners accountable
  • Has driven product development with hardware platforms and related software ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly and to lead technical teams
  • Problem solving capability with confidence to evaluate risks and tradeoffs and present solution options to executive leadership
  • Ability to influence horizontally across multiple internal functional organizations
  • Skilled in interfacing with customers, partners and in managing joint-development projects
  • Ability to understand and extract action plans from complex technical discussions and translate into succinct messaging tailored for varied targeted audiences

  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks like Pytorch, Tensor flow, JAX, etc.
