As Chief of Staff in the Cores Post-Silicon Validation team you will help to drive and evolve the processes that the business runs upon. Your objective is to enable the business processes to execute at a standard befitting the world-class products and solutions that our teams create. You will work closely with the leadership team and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders throughout the company to help the Cores Validation business meet its strategic objectives.
Job Responsibility
Manage and improve business processes for the Cores Post-Silicon Validation using state-of-the art AI tools
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure team preparation for important deadlines, program milestones, pre-reads, and executive meetings
Moderate process forums, capture minutes and actions, and follow up with action item owners to ensure closed-loop accountability
Data Champion: foster a data-driven culture through trusted data sources, analytics, insights, and AI-based recommendations to support business decisions
Data Analysis & Modeling: Analyze large datasets using advanced tools to develop predictive AI models
Process Automation: Implement AI and automation solutions to streamline recurring Post-Silicon Validation tasks and improve reporting efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other departments to integrate AI solutions into business operations
Strategic Insights: Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership and contribute to strategic financial decision-making
Risk Management: Use AI and data to support investment decisions and enhance risk management processes
Requirements
Extensive program management experience in Post-Silicon Validation
Adaptable communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly and at a level appropriate for both senior executives and individual contributors / stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute operational and business processes and metrics, and initiative to identify and drive improvements to process and visibility as needed
Experience with cross-organization project work and with building relationships to enable influence without authority
Strong organizational skills for record keeping
Experience in proactively establishing expectations and ownership for deliverables, as well as holding owners accountable
Has driven product development with hardware platforms and related software ecosystem
Demonstrated ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly and to lead technical teams
Problem solving capability with confidence to evaluate risks and tradeoffs and present solution options to executive leadership
Ability to influence horizontally across multiple internal functional organizations
Skilled in interfacing with customers, partners and in managing joint-development projects
Ability to understand and extract action plans from complex technical discussions and translate into succinct messaging tailored for varied targeted audiences
Nice to have
Experience with AI/ML frameworks like Pytorch, Tensor flow, JAX, etc.
