The Chief of Staff, Clinical will serve as the strategic partner to our Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Officer. This high-impact role is designed to maximize the Chief Clinical Officer’s effectiveness by acting as their trusted advisor and thought partner. The Chief of Staff, Clinical, is responsible for streamlining leadership alignment, prioritizing the Chief Clinical Officer’s highest priority focus areas, and enabling the Clinical Leadership team.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a strategic thought partner to the Clinical Leadership team
Act as the Leadership proxy for the Chief Clinical Officer in key internal and external meetings
Own the coordination and management of the Clinical Department’s OKRs and business reporting
Manage the preparation for all Leadership meetings
Develop and deliver high-level reporting and insights to inform executive decision-making
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in healthcare, operations, consulting, service delivery or strategy work
Proven success in a Chief of Staff or Strategy role supporting senior executives
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations and facilitation
High EQ with the ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levels
Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
