Job Description:

Chief Nursing Services Leader to join our team who will bring deep clinical expertise in nursing workflows to help us prepare our customers for their journey in transformation and adoption of best-in-class AI solutions that nurses love and trust. This role will serve as the voice of nursing within our Customer Success Organization. This role combines clinical leadership and customer experience ensuring that our product strategy and our implementation and customers success teams are grounded in real-world clinical practices and nursing workflows.

Job Responsibility:

  • Thought leadership on at scale deployments and services engagements
  • Collaboration and enablement with MSFT Partner channel and MSFT commercial teams
  • Identifying key customer KPIs, utilization and consumption metrics providing market leading insights
  • Providing deep subject matter expertise while collaborating with CSO leadership, Product Management, User Experience Design, and Engineering, during all stages of product development to ensure value, usability, integration, and clinical relevance of the nursing products
  • Building trust and working relationships with healthcare systems, nursing leadership, and frontline nurses by demonstrating real-world understanding of their needs and helping establish customer success needs
  • Represent customer success teams in developing best practices in driving adoption and contribute to thought leadership through presenting at conferences and industry forums
  • Serve as a partner to Product management providing recommendations on customer workflows and impact
  • Furthering Transformation and change management strategies for customer success
  • Maintaining a standard of clinical excellence in all aspects of our work
  • Travel: 50%

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree AND 8+ years experience in healthcare industry OR equivalent experience
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 5 years in nursing practice
  • 5+ years in nursing informatics leadership
  • 5 years clinical nursing experience within last 15 years
  • Proven leadership experience and track record in driving digital transformation and implementing clinical information systems (EHRs, nursing documentation, clinical decision support, mobile solutions) for nurses

Nice to have:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing, Nursing Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience as a CNIO, CNO, or senior nursing informatics leader in a hospital or health system
  • Recognized thought leader (publications, speaking engagements, industry participation)
  • Proficiency in understanding clinical workflows, healthcare data standards (eg FHIR, HL7), and compliance requirements
  • Proficient communication skills, with the ability to engage nursing leadership, executives, and product teams alike
  • Recent clinical leadership experience working at a health system within the last 3 years or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of EMRs (Epic, Cerner)
