Job Responsibility:
Lead the Marketing team through growth and transformation, inspiring performance and collaboration
Develop and execute the Brand and Marketing strategy, ensuring a consistent, confident, and connected voice across all channels
Leverage analytics and insights to measure marketing impact, track brand health, and drive continuous improvement
Implement and optimise marketing automation, analytics, and performance tools to maximise efficiency and results
Manage the Brand and Marketing budget and strategic external partnerships to deliver measurable outcomes and ROI
Execute marketing strategies to drive performance and sales results
Inform and influence the product roadmap through marketing insights and a deep understanding of customer needs
Build, develop, and maintain relationships with brokers, aggregators, and other key partners to drive growth
Collaborate closely with other Executives to achieve business-wide objectives
Champion MONEYME’s culture and values, fostering a positive, high-performance environment
Requirements:
Extensive marketing leadership experience in B2C and B2B environments
Strong experience with above the line and below the line channels
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced Fintech environment
Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and high integrity
Extensive experience developing strategy and monitoring the delivery of the brand direction and recommending areas of improvement
C-Suite and Board stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
Ideally experience in Financial Services and/or overseeing a Sales function to support cross-functional growth
