The Chief Impact & Revenue Officer (CRO) is a pivotal role directly influencing the future of our organization’s new business sales, customer success, marketing, and partnerships.

Scale and lead impact and reach strategic initiatives
Focus on exceeding ambitious sales goals
Uncover new opportunities
Build a scalable sales and marketing engine
Report to and work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and senior executive team
Directly manage Sr. Directors of Sales & Marketing
Strategically execute the go-to-market strategy and aligned strategic priorities
Design and execute a go-to-market strategy adoption of the OUR portfolios with a focus on impact and sustainable growth
Requirements:
Extensive school district relationships
Understanding of state and district level sales strategy
Track record of transforming revenue operations for scale
Mission-driven sales leader with energetic passion for transformation within education
Strong K-12 background
Demonstrated K-12 sales experience
K-12 strategic marketing experience
Deep knowledge of cross-channel marketing, native advertising, programmatic, and latest trends in digital advertising
Strong financial, analytical, and modeling expertise
