Job Description:

You’re a strategic executive leader responsible for the vision, leadership, and execution of the company’s global field development strategy. This role drives revenue growth, field training, market expansion, and field engagement by aligning field operations with the company’s overall business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a high-performing team to design, implement, and execute a global field sales and development strategy
Establish and oversee strategic plans for new and existing markets
Oversee development and execution of Ambassador training programs
Partner with the Events team to plan and deliver field events
Build and sustain a global Ambassador network by driving business development strategies
Implement standardized operating procedures, performance dashboards, and success metrics for all field-facing teams
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and launch incentive programs, promotions, and contests
Recruit, develop, and mentor senior leaders

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years in senior management, including at least 5 years at the executive level within the Direct Sales/MLM industry
Proven ability to increase top-line field sales revenue by measurable percentages year-over-year and successfully launch and scale international markets
Demonstrated success leading large, geographically distributed teams
Deep, hands-on expertise in all elements of the direct sales model
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and secure alignment for strategic initiatives
Skilled communicator and presenter with demonstrated success delivering persuasive executive presentations
Evidence of building, developing, and mentoring high-performing leadership teams
Minimum of 15% travel
