Job Description:

We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join an established organization in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this key leadership role, you will shape the organization's financial strategy, oversee operational excellence, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership to drive sustainable growth and financial health.

Job Responsibility:

Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions
Manage budgeting processes and monitor financial performance
Oversee audits and ensure compliance with applicable standards
Maintain internal controls and financial systems
Supervise payroll, benefits, and financial transactions
Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making
Lead and develop finance team members

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
CPA preferred
At least 7 years of experience in financial management
Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools
