Job Description:

Join OMNIC as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and play a pivotal role in orchestrating our financial strategy as we embark on an exciting venture with IOI Capital. In this dynamic and impactful position, you will be essential in shaping our financial operations and guiding our investment strategies, driving sustainable growth in a fast-paced environment that values innovation and integrity.

Job Responsibility:

Building and effectively managing the financial system to support sustainable growth
Creating an accounting and reporting system that meets the CEO and Owner's requirements in a timely manner
Overseeing the accounting, management, and reporting of the Owner's personal assets and finances
Monitoring key financial indicators, including budget variance analysis and cash flow management
Participating in structuring business operations in various regions, analyzing financial flows to optimize performance
Evaluating investment projects to minimize financial risks and support investment agreements
Optimizing the use of financial resources to ensure maximum profitability
Managing relationships with financial institutions to secure necessary funding
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations to mitigate legal risks
Leading and developing the financial department, managing a team of 10 subordinates

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or Economics
3-7 years of experience in a similar role
Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, and reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP)
Strong skills in tax compliance, risk management, and corporate finance
Proficient in financial auditing and investment analysis with effective problem-solving capabilities
Ability to align financial strategies with business goals and drive measurable results
Fluency in English
Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills, including experience with 1C UTP
