Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in Charlton Massachusetts. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee all financial operations, drive growth, and ensure adherence to best practices in financial management.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee compliance with company budgets, inventory management, cash flow, and return on investment to ensure financial stability
lead efforts in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax strategies while maintaining a focus on operational excellence
provide sound financial guidance to support strategic decision-making across the organization
build and foster strong partnerships with internal teams, establishing credibility and trust
act as a mentor and advisor to senior executives, offering insights and counsel to support business operations
develop financial models to identify and drive opportunities for mergers and acquisitions
manage key areas such as banking relationships, insurance policies, benefit plans, and investment strategies
ensure adherence to federal and state laws, as well as company policies, across all financial operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles
manufacturing experience
expertise in cash flow analysis, budget processes, and capital management
strong knowledge of CRM platforms and business systems
demonstrated experience in auditing, month-end close, and annual financial planning
skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and managing annual standard costs
proven track record in handling mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects
comprehensive understanding of federal and state financial regulations and compliance standards.
