Job Description:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a pivotal executive leadership role responsible for the overall financial health and strategic direction of Belkins and its group of companies. This position encompasses comprehensive oversight of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing financial performance. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep knowledge of financial markets, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Advise the CEO, board, and executive team on financial planning, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to maximize profitability and ROI
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and short-/long-term planning
  • Ensure robust financial controls, corporate finance practices, and risk mitigation
  • Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational stability
  • Deliver timely and accurate internal and external reporting
  • Present financial performance, key metrics, and actionable insights to the board and investors
  • Lead tax strategy and compliance across all jurisdictions
  • Drive M&A activities, including due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team
  • Drive finance digital transformation and finance automation
  • Oversee R&D investments, support go-to-market strategies for new products and services, and implement value-based pricing
  • Provide support for fundraising, investor relations, and capital markets activity

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 3 years in finance leadership roles
  • Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, financial modeling, and accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP)
  • Demonstrated track record in budgeting, forecasting, business intelligence, and reporting for multi-entity, multi-currency environments
  • Deep understanding of key marketing/lead generation metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, pipeline, campaign ROI, etc.)
  • Experienced user of QuickBooks and Google Sheets
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Ukrainian, Advanced English

Nice to have:

  • CPA, ACCA, CFA, or similar professional qualification is preferred
  • Experience with M&A, due diligence, and integration
  • Experience with finance automation, process improvement, and digital transformation
  • Prior experience as a CFO or Group CFO in a high-growth marketing, tech SaaS, or lead generation company, ideally operating in the B2B space
