Chief Financial Officer

• Lead the development and execution of strategic financial plans to support organizational goals
• Oversee all accounting operations, including cost accounting, inventory management, and compliance with GAAP standards
• Manage cash flow processes, including forecasting, analysis, and modeling, to ensure financial stability
• Implement and enforce internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Direct month-end and year-end close processes to produce timely and reliable financial statements
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with banking institutions and ensure compliance with lender requirements
• Conduct performance analysis and capital planning to drive company growth and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with sales tax, payroll tax, and other regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with leadership to align financial strategies with overall business objectives
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational effectiveness

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles
• Extensive experience in manufacturing, with a preference for capital equipment manufacturing
• Strong expertise in cost accounting and inventory management
• Proven success in managing disciplined month-end close processes
• In-depth knowledge of sales tax, payroll tax, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong internal controls
• Experience managing banking relationships and ensuring compliance with lender requirements

Advanced certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus
