Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with Leadership: Advise the CEO and Executive Team on strategy, investments, pricing, and growth initiatives
  • Drive Financial Performance: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to support profitability and growth
  • Enable Commercial Success: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to improve margins and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CFO or Finance Director in a multinational or mid-market organisation
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence strategic decisions
  • Experience managing finance across multiple Asian markets
  • Audit background with CA/ACCA/CPA qualification
  • Track record of transforming finance functions and driving operational excellence
