Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with OMNIC’s vision and overall business objectives
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to guide our strategic decision-making
Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
Build scalable financial systems and processes to support operational growth
Provide expert financial insights to the leadership team, informing their decisions and investments
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance financial awareness and accountability across the organization
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department to enhance efficiency
Monitor key financial metrics and report performance to the executive team and board

Requirements:

Fluency in Ukrainian and good command of English (minimum B2 level) are required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial management
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on development and empowerment
Proven track record of driving financial performance and delivering measurable results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to think strategically and adapt to evolving business environments
