We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and scale the financial operations of SellCord during its next phase of growth. This executive role is responsible for overseeing financial strategy, planning, reporting, compliance, and operational finance while serving as a key advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team. The ideal candidate combines strong financial leadership with operational insight, helping guide business decisions through data, forecasting, and disciplined financial management. The CFO will build scalable financial systems, improve visibility into company performance, and ensure long-term financial health across a global organization.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team on financial planning, growth strategy, and key business decisions
Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with company objectives and expansion initiatives
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while establishing KPIs to measure performance and profitability
Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, insights, and analysis to executive leadership and stakeholders
Oversee accounting operations, audits, and financial statement integrity while ensuring regulatory and tax compliance
Maintain strong internal controls, financial governance, and relationships with auditors, advisors, and financial partners
Optimize financial systems, cash flow management, pricing strategy, and operational efficiency to support scalability
Build and lead a high-performing finance team while partnering cross-functionally across departments to drive organizational success
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior finance or CFO-level responsibility
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA, MBA, or equivalent preferred)
Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), accounting operations, and strategic finance
Experience scaling finance functions in high-growth companies, agencies, or technology-enabled businesses
Deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analytics
Experience managing multi-entity and/or international financial operations preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, startup environment
High level of integrity, discretion, and business judgment
