• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Public or Business Administration, or a related field
• Ten (10) years of progressively responsible financial management experience with five (5) years in a supervisory capacity
• In-depth knowledge of quarterly financial reporting requirements, including compliance with IRS and SEC regulations
• Proven track record of raising capital and managing investor relationships
• Demonstrated experience in the full lifecycle of fund management—from fund formation and structuring to operational oversight and compliance reporting
• Deep expertise in crypto-mining, digital assets, or blockchain finance
• Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making

• Proven ability to align financial strategy with company vision
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to grasp the company’s long-term vision and collaborate with Leadership team to achieve it
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the skill to identify, address, and resolve issues impacting company needs and priorities
• Experience in fundraising and managing investor relationships
• Advanced analytical skills, with experience in building financial models
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with overseas staff, other employees/departments
• Ability to supervise the work of departmental staff including coordinating, assigning, monitoring, and evaluating work
• Russian language proficiency is a plus
