Viedoc is entering a pivotal phase of its growth journey. We are now looking for a forward-thinking, strategically minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations through the next phase of international growth. You’ll be a key partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, with a central role in enabling scalable performance and supporting M&A processes.
Job Responsibility:
Drive Viedoc’s long-term financial strategy, supporting profitable growth and value creation
Lead strategic corporate development initiatives, including M&A activities, financial structuring, and due-diligence processes
Ensure robust financial governance, reporting and compliance across jurisdictions
Strengthen forecasting, cost discipline, and performance insights
Build and lead a high-performing finance team, supporting global operations
Act as a key business partner across Product, Tech, and Commercial teams
Lead end-to-end M&A processes (buy- and sell-side)
Support owners, Board and CEO in capital-market scenarios(IPO, PE, strategic sale)
Build advanced financial models and scenario analyses to guide high-stakes decisions
Oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting and internal controls
Improve profitability and cost structures across markets and offerings
Ensure financial compliance and audit readiness
Partner with CEO and executive team on business planning and strategic decisions
Lead, coach and develop the finance organisation through scale and increased complexity
Support cross-functional alignment and clarity in decision-making
Requirements:
10+ years in senior finance roles (CFO or VP Finance level)
Experience in M&A transactions
Background from VC- or PE-backed companies
Proven skills in financial strategy, forecasting, and modelling
Experience in international tax, treasury and multi-jurisdictional compliance (preferred)
Hands-on experience from a global company, including solid experience with US market operations and cross-border finance
Hands-on leadership and team-building skills
Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
