Job Responsibility:

Partner closely with the CEO, board, and executive team to craft and execute both long-term and short-term financial strategies that accelerate DISQO’s growth
Lead board discussions, providing deep insights into financial performance, risk management, and growth opportunities
Oversee agile and effective planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes
Identify and implement state-of-the-art systems and software to drive operational efficiency and deliver real-time, actionable financial insights
Manage all facets of equity, debt, and banking relationships including cap table strategy, investor relations, and financial institution negotiations
Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and funding initiatives
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Finance and Accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement
Champion process improvements and agile methodologies that enhance team performance and drive business outcomes
Utilize forward-looking models and activity-based analyses to inform strategic business plans, ensuring that every financial decision aligns with DISQO’s mission and market dynamics
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate financial insights into broader business strategies

Requirements:

Proven experience in driving business growth with a strong history of financial transactional successes
Background that combines investment banking acumen with robust FP&A expertise, ideally within high-growth software/platform companies
Passion for developing best-in-class teams and fostering an environment where high performance and collaboration thrive
Ability to mentor and empower your team while maintaining a focus on the overall enterprise’s success
Entrepreneurial mindset, a self-starter who thrives in challenging, fast-paced environments and embraces change as an opportunity for growth
Comfortable working in both strategic and tactical roles
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with an eye for detail
Superior communication and presentation abilities, capable of translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
Proven capability to thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift and agile decision-making is key
Experience in driving efficiencies through innovative systems and process improvements within matrixed organizations
