Reporting directly to Citi's Chief Financial Officer, this is a career-defining opportunity to serve as the strategic financial architect for Citi’s Global Functions division. We are seeking a visionary leader to co-pilot the business, transcending traditional finance to shape long-term strategy, drive transformational change, and unlock new vectors of growth. As the CFO of Global Functions, Operations & Technology, you will partner with the executive management team, acting as a trusted advisor to the Global Functions, Operations & Technology organization. You will be empowered to influence the strategic direction.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience within a global financial services organization, adept at managing complex relationships across matrixed organizations
  • Minimum 5 years of proven CFO or equivalent executive financial experience, serving as a strategic partner to executive-level business leaders
