Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives and long-term growth
  • Ensure the preparation of accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, and tax returns
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess sales performance, profit margins, and budgetary compliance, making adjustments as needed
  • Lead the company’s financial planning efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Evaluate and refine financial controls, accounting procedures, and internal processes to optimize efficiency
  • Identify areas for cost reduction, restructuring, or process improvements to enhance profitability
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and all relevant financial regulations, policies, and corporate governance standards
  • Maintain strong oversight of cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies
  • Work closely with private equity (PE) firms and key investors to strengthen financial partnerships and secure funding for expansion
  • Engage with investment bankers and financial institutions to raise additional capital as needed
  • Collaborate with business unit (BU) heads to monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
  • Supervise and guide the Accounting Department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
  • Foster a high-performance finance team, driving efficiency and professional growth

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance (MBA preferred)
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation preferred
  • Minimum 15-20 years of experience in financial management, with a strong track record in leadership roles
  • Expertise in accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) management
  • Experience in working with private equity (PE) firms and investment management
  • Proficiency in US GAAP and financial compliance standards
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive financial efficiency and optimize resource allocation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial insights to executives and investors
