Ready to build something bigger? Power Design is looking for a powerhouse leader to step into a newly created executive role: Chief Facilities Officer. This role will oversee our Facilities, Security, and Corporate Construction teams, ensuring our properties are not only operationally excellent, but also innovative, secure, and reflective of our brand and culture. As a key member of the executive leadership team, this individual will set the long-term vision and align infrastructure, safety, and development initiatives with the company’s continued growth. From day-to-day operations to large-scale capital projects, the Chief Facilities Officer will play a critical role in shaping the environments where our people live out the #PDILife every day.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and unify our Facilities, Security, and Corporate Construction teams into one high-performing, collaborative organization
Work directly with ownership on directives and long-term strategy
Develop and execute a long-term vision for Power Design's campus and operational environments
Create next-level spaces that energize our people, impress our partners, and bring our culture to life
Lead major capital projects from idea to ribbon-cutting, including campus expansions, new builds, and everything in between
Push innovation in how we design, build, and operate
Ensure best-in-class safety, security, and risk management practices across all locations
Partner with executive leadership to align infrastructure strategy with our aggressive growth
Take ownership of budgets, forecasting, and performance, delivering results without slowing momentum
Build strong partnerships with vendors, contractors, and industry leaders to get things done right
Champion sustainability, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and mentor teams, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth
Requirements:
10+ years leading corporate facilities, construction, real estate, or infrastructure at scale
A proven leader who can own multiple functions and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Deep experience running large capital projects and complex operations
A builder's mindset - you don't just plan, you execute
Strong financial acumen and experience managing big budgets
A leader who inspires teams, builds culture, and raises the bar
Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA a plus)
