Seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our real estate development and construction management company. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of design and architecture, along with extensive experience in construction and project management. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • a Master’s degree (MBA or relevant) is highly desirable
  • At least 15 years in senior leadership roles within the real estate, construction, or architecture industry
  • Proven expertise in design and architecture, construction and project management, project costing, quality assurance, vendor management, and P&L oversight
  • Strong knowledge of the construction lifecycle, architectural principles, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and driving project success
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with regulatory bodies, vendors, clients, and other key stakeholders
