Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute strategic plans that align with OMNIC’s mission and business objectives
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of production department functions, including planning and resource allocation
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability goals are met or exceeded
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication in production processes
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency
Manage a high-performing production team through hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management
Work with sales, marketing, and finance departments to align production activities with sales forecasts and budget planning
Ensure compliance with all regulations, industry standards, and quality management systems such as ISO certifications
Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices, seeking opportunities for process improvements

Requirements:

3-7 years of executive-level experience in a relevant industry
Proven track record of strategic leadership and business acumen
Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration
Upper Intermediate (B2) to Native Speaker (C2) proficiency in Georgian and Russian
English proficiency is an advantage
Ability to drive measurable results and align departmental objectives with overarching business strategy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement improvements
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders
Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to sustainable business practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and adapt to change
