We’re working on a rare first-time CEO search for a newly formed, culturally relevant food company launching with a high-profile product and ambitious plans to expand into a broader portfolio of snacks, beverages, and other exciting products. This is not a typical corporate CEO role — this is a chance to take early momentum, audience reach, and brand heat and turn it into a real operating business. The brand is being launched by a high-profile creator within a larger media/consumer ecosystem, with backing from experienced operators who have helped build some of the most talked-about emerging food brands in the market. Supply chain infrastructure is already in motion, capital is being raised for launch, and the founders are intentionally looking to build the organization around the right CEO. This is a ground-floor leadership role where the CEO will own the build — strategy, operations, team, and execution — with the freedom to shape the company from day one.

Requirements:
Previous CEO experience is not required
Classically trained CPG discipline
Entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership
Strong operations / supply chain depth
Commercial instincts and P&L ownership
Comfort building in ambiguity and moving fast
Has helped scale an emerging brand
Understands how to bring rigor to a small organization
Isn’t afraid to take risk when the opportunity is right
