11 Recruitment seeks a CEO for a German-owned mining firm in Perth. Lead growth, optimise operations, and drive strategy with a $15M turnover. The Perth subsidiary is a top performer with an annual turnover of $15 million and a team of 10-15 skilled professionals. The facility boasts a comprehensive suite of roller press solutions for the ores and minerals industries and material agglomeration applications, featuring an advanced high-pressure grinding roller press (HPGR) pilot plant.

Job Responsibility:

  • Overseeing and enhancing manufacturing processes to uphold the highest standards
  • Implementing best practices across diverse business functions in Australia as well as within the group of companies
  • Leading a team committed to innovation and excellence
  • Developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance business performance
  • Monitoring KPIs to exceed business goals, including targets outlined in business plans, workforce stability, maintenance contracts, and customer satisfaction
