Job Responsibility:
Lead the development and implementation of long-term strategies, policies, and plans that breathe life into our mission and values
Provide high-level management across all functions, including Finance, HR, Clinical Care, and Infrastructure, ensuring a seamless integration of clinical and non-clinical excellence
Partner with the Executive Manager Clinical Care (EMCC) to ensure our residents enjoy safe, dignified, and high-quality accommodation and support
Exercise sophisticated financial oversight, managing budgets and reporting to ensure the organisation’s continued growth and stability
Foster a culture of transparency, innovation, and collaboration
Act as the primary ambassador for the organisation within the local community and the broader aged care sector
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Health Management, Aged Care, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years in a senior executive leadership role (CEO, COO, or GM), preferably within the health or aged care sectors
Highly developed skills in financial analysis, budget preparation, and long-form strategic planning
Comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Act 2025, Strengthened Quality Standards, and the current legislative landscape
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage diverse operational functions with a focus on continuous improvement
