Chief Estimator

Our client, a leading General Contractor in Canada, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic senior leader to take on the role of Chief Estimator across Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial construction projects. This position requires an individual with a focus on accuracy and a proven track record of managing complex multi-million dollar tenders across various delivery models, including Design-Build, Construction Management, and IPD (Integrated Project Delivery). The successful candidate will spearhead all pre-construction cost activities, ensuring every bid is competitive, profitable, and meticulously detailed. You will guide the organization's approach to financial risk management, cost control, and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle, working in close collaboration with the executive team to drive overall business growth and profitability and challenge industry standards.
