Job Description

This role requires the installation, maintenance, and calibration of equipment. Responsibilities include the inspection of tools and equipment, disaster response protocol development, and adherence to safety policies. Supervisory duties include hiring and training employees and maintaining a professional work environment.

Job Responsibility

Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on, and recommend replacement of tools, appliances, and equipment
calibrate controls, gauges, meters
identify, locate, and operate shut-off valves
order, mark, and stock parts and supplies
maintain inventory and purchase orders log
inspect tools, equipment, or machines
complete life safety checklist
inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems
develop disaster response protocols
respond to guest repair requests
hire, train, schedule, evaluate, counsel, discipline, and motivate employees
ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
recommend and implement efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost-saving methods
inspect tools, equipment, or machines
perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors

Requirements

Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
at least 2 years of related work experience
at least 2 years of supervisory experience
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
ability to perform physical tasks like bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, standing, sitting, walking for an extended period, and moving up and down stairs or ramps
