Job Description:

The Chief Licensed Aircraft Engineer reports to the Hangar Managers and oversees the full project management of maintenance. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high-quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Oversees maintenance projects and ensures aircraft are released to service in compliance with technical, regulatory, and company standards
Coordinates check plans
Manages staff
Delivers scheduled maintenance
Collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high-quality standards
Monitors performance
Ensures hangar cleanliness
Assists with quality audits and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

EASA B1/B2 license (Category C preferred)
3+ years of certification experience
Strong knowledge of EASA Part-145 and Human Factors
737NG/MAX & 787 type ratings are a plus
