Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of facilities management to ensure the safety and security of guests and associates and protect the asset for investors and owners
  • Lead a skilled team of engineers
  • Keep a pulse on the division’s budget
  • Do what it takes to maintain a safe guest and work environment and protect the asset

  • Ensure effective management of all aspects of technical engineering associated to Structures, Systems Installations, and Integration by closely working with other engineering departments, internal and external customers, and Structural partners/Suppliers
  • Work closely with the employees to continuously develop skills of team members through coaching, employee training and development, ongoing assessment, and feedback with the objective to build and sustain an environment that supports cooperation, employee engagement and trust

  • Support manpower planning activities and budget preparation
