Support Drivers, Operations, Customs Administrators, and Brokers by resolving customs‑related inquiries and managing incoming customs emails
Improve key performance metrics, including ACE/ACI setup times, driver experience, and reduction of customs‑related delays
Apply advanced knowledge of TMW eManifest and U.S./Canada Customs portals to ensure accurate and timely processing
Identify and correct exceptions in notes, broker profiles, and clearance instructions
Build strong working relationships with Customs Brokers and regulatory agencies
Assist in training new and current team members
Support daily operations, monitor pending clearances, process in‑bond shipments, and escalate issues as needed
