Job Description:

As Chief Engineer you’ll dive into both large and small development projects, grow your expertise, and even act as a Product Owner. You’ll collaborate across engineering disciplines, work closely with global customers, and see your designs come to life through hands‑on testing in our in‑house lab.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead diverse design projects, transforming customer and business needs into high‑quality solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Electrical/Automation, Process, and Plant Design to develop cutting-edge solutions
  • Test new ideas in our in‑house lab, validating prototypes and improving designs
  • Engage with international customers through technical follow‑ups and project collaborations
  • Participate in end‑to‑end product development—from concept to test runs before delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience and a strong passion for technology
  • Familiar with 3D CAD, preferably SolidWorks
  • Experience in process and automation (a plus)
  • Open to global travel as part of international customer collaboration
  • Wish to grow into a design and product development role within a positive, easy-going team
