Job Responsibility

Actively participate in the greeting, welcoming and farewell of guests in a sincere and professional manner

Collect and update guest history files according to guest likes, dislikes and preferences in a confidential manner

Perform the arrival and departure process of guest in an efficient and professional manner

Perform all guest services at the highest level of guest satisfaction
Follow up and handle guest complaints in an efficient and professional manner
