We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Business Officer to join our executive leadership team in Irvine, California. This role focuses on managing the financial and operational aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance, and driving the effective allocation of resources. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial oversight, team leadership, and donor engagement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the organization’s budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting processes to maintain accurate and compliant records
  • Manage audits and ensure the charter school meets all financial and regulatory requirements
  • Supervise and evaluate assigned staff, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Lead the development and integration of internal financial controls to improve operational efficiency
  • Strategically manage cash flow, assets, and resources to support organizational goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with major donors to secure substantial contributions
