We are looking for CHIEF BRAND & MARKETING OFFICER The selected candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of brand management and development, communications, and marketing strategies that drive community engagement, build institutional identity, advance visibility, and increase revenue, working in close partnership with the other department and Business Units. The candidate will be involved in: Lead the global external communication strategy, ensuring alignment with group objectives and consistency across all regions. Develops and defines the global branding and marketing plan, in accordance to the long -term strategic plan and the annual targets set by the company, ensuring alignment and adaptation of activities across Business Units and legal entities. Develops and oversees overall brand strategy and management, advertising, promotion, digital marketing including social media, merchandising, public relations, and executive communications Define and maintain global standards for corporate image and branding, ensuring consistent application across all entities.. Strengthen connections with global trade associations and industry groups to support corporate objectives and influence industry standards. Manage corporate and regional media relations, crafting and distributing press releases that align with global strategies. Serve as representative and spokesperson for the institution, in the field, and media. Participates in various professional events, overseeing their coordination and ensuring their successful delivery. Oversee global community relations initiatives to enhance corporate reputation and social responsibility across all regions. Lead the internal communication strategy for the entire group, promoting transparency, engagement, and alignment across entities. Direct execution of internal communication through various channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across the group. Coordinate newsletters and formal communications at corporate as well as Business Units level.

Requirements

  • Education: Master’s degree in marketing / communication / business administration
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in public and media relations

  • Experience in project management, data management and analysis
  • A high level of professional integrity, diplomacy, and discretion when handling sensitive issues
  • Languages: Excellent knowledge of English (second and more languages are a plus)
  • Data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
