This is a high-impact, C-suite adjacent role designed for a leader who can bridge the gap between complex neural networks and boardroom strategy. As the CAIO, you will own the AI roadmap. You will lead the transition from traditional automation to a fully Agentic enterprise. You won't just be managing a department; you will be redefining how millions of customers interact with their wealth, how we mitigate risk in real-time, and how our internal teams leverage Generative AI to 10x their productivity. Governance & Ethics: Establish robust frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and 'Human-in-the-Loop' validation processes. Talent Incubation: Build and mentor an elite squad of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Ethicists.
