Job Responsibility:

  • Define and drive the overall architectural vision and strategy for the company
  • Provide hands-on expertise in Java backend development and UNIX systems
  • Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and documentation
  • Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Implement and manage enterprise architecture methodologies to ensure scalability and performance
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Establish and monitor architectural metrics to ensure system performance and reliability
  • Work closely with other departments, including Product Management, Operations, and Sales, to align technical solutions with business objectives
  • Advocate for best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in technology architecture leadership roles
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing technology architecture aligned with business goals and industry best practices
  • Strong expertise in technology architecture, software architecture, and architectural blueprints
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in developing architectural metrics and reports for executive and management teams
  • Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
