Chief AI Officer, ArqAI. ArqAI delivers outcome-tied enterprise AI with production-grade safety. We are formalizing the CAIO role to own the AI portfolio, from research to production, and to hard-wire governance, trust, and observability into every agent and model we ship.

Job Responsibility:

  • Set the AI strategy
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams across GenAI, RAG, MLOps, and agent orchestration
  • Institutionalize ArqAI’s proprietary methods
  • Own model risk management
  • Drive platform and reference-architecture roadmaps that are model- and vendor-agnostic
  • Partner with the CIO to embed governance-by-design in infra, data, and SDLC
  • Represent ArqAI with customers, partners, analysts, and at key industry forums

Requirements:

  • 12+ years in applied AI or data science with 5+ years leading productized AI in production
  • Depth in LLMs, vector retrieval, evaluation, MLOps, and agent frameworks
  • Hands-on with safety, security, privacy, and regulatory mapping in enterprise contexts
  • A track record of turning research into shipped, revenue-impacting systems

Nice to have:

  • Published work or patents in orchestration, observability, or AI safety
  • Experience in regulated domains where auditability is non-negotiable
