We are looking for an accomplished Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to lead and oversee the administrative functions of a healthcare organization in Richmond, Virginia. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the organization's strategic goals. As a key member of the executive team, the CAO will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance non-clinical operations and support the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Job Responsibility:

  • Direct and manage daily administrative operations, including facilities management, office services, and non-clinical staff supervision
  • Design and implement standard operating procedures to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare administration or operations leadership
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation practices
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and complex administrative functions within a healthcare environment
